1. The Game is fiction

People, agents, neighbourhoods and prices are made up; nothing in it is real-estate or financial advice.

2. Virtual currency and items

In-game money and items have no real-world value and cannot be cashed out or transferred. Purchases are subject to Apple's and Google's terms; refunds go through the store.

3. Permanent purchases

You can get your permanent purchases back with “Restore purchases”, using the same store account.

4. The service may change

The Game may be updated, rebalanced or withdrawn.

5. Liability

The Game is provided “as is”; to the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for indirect damages.
